We offer comprehensive women's health services, including annual wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, menstrual concerns, perimenopause and menopause support, as well as men's health services focused on preventive care, hormone health, cardiovascular risk reduction, and healthy aging.
We also provide management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, asthma, obesity, and metabolic health concerns, with an emphasis on addressing underlying contributors to disease whenever possible.
For your convenience, we offer select minor office procedures, allowing many common concerns to be evaluated and treated in a comfortable outpatient setting. Veteran Disability Support Services
At New Horizons Pediatrics & Family Health, we are honored to support veterans throughout the VA disability claims process. We provide independent medical evaluations, comprehensive medical record reviews, nexus letters, and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) to help document service-connected conditions and their impact on daily life.
Our evaluations are thorough, evidence-based, and tailored to each veteran's unique medical history and military service. We carefully review available records, current medical evidence, and relevant scientific literature when formulating medical opinions and completing disability documentation.
Veteran disability services, including nexus letters, DBQs, and record reviews, are self-pay services and are not billed to insurance. However, if an office visit, medical evaluation, diagnostic workup, or ongoing medical management is needed as part of your care, those services may be billed to your insurance according to your plan benefits.

Patients are always free to choose where they obtain their supplements, and we are happy to support your care regardless of purchase source.
